Roof Cleaning, HouseWashThis was my first experience with a professional Pressure Washing Company. They cleaned the metal roof. They cleaned the entire exterior of the home. They even did the brick pavers in the driveway and backyard area! It was about $100 more than if I had done it myself but well worth the money. I didn't have to drag a hose around, fill up the gas tank, mix soap, get soaking wet or spend an entire day (maybe 2) on this project! I'm very glad I called them and will do so again in the future.

This company is the real deal!!!! These guys went above and beyond my expectations. This was first class service. I have a 110 year old house in Ormond, live here 36 years I had a 100 companies perform many jobs and these guys were one of the best. I had pavers cleaned screen enclosure around a pool. They moved all furniture and put back. I had standing water when they were done, they sucked it up and put it out in the yard. That did it for me!!!!! I will have them back to seal my pavers. Crystal clear was super accommodating! They came out at the last minute because we had company coming into town. The only negative that I would say is we have a small covered area that is part of the patio that we felt really should have been included in the price of. Leaning the patio, as it is a part of the patio. When I contracted to have the patio cleaned I believed it was the entire patio including the small 8 by 10 area, ceiling, walls ect. After they left I had to hand wash the ceiling, window ledges, doors and walls. I Still highly recommend them as they were prompt courteous and professional and friendly.
Crystal Clear pressure cleaned my driveway, front porch, sidewalk, back porch, as well as some outdoor furniture. Everything looks great, except for some dirt that bounced up and landed on the front door and walls. The porches, sidewalk and driveway are pavers, and they look especially good. I'd happily recommend them to anyone who asks.
These guys are AWESOME!! To start, Dale was so friendly and professional the minute I called I had great vibes compared to competitors! I wasnt sure the demensions of my driveway and he took the time to help! He called me back with an unbeatable quote in less the 10 minutes I had approved the quote via email (so convenient) and BAM was ready for scheduling! Two days later had a Crystal Clear driveway!!! My concrete slab WAS hideous! It had NEVER been pressure washed in the 20 years we have lived here. My father worked in the auto industry and often bought cars from the auto auction, which are hit or miss, sometimes leaking oil onto our driveway. We had HUGE ugly black oil pools which, unfortunatey, weren't properly cleaned and left to set. I didnt believe there could be anything done about these and expressed this when the gentleman brought up the concern after seeing them in person. Really, I was just looking to have the rest of the driveway look nice (as a townhouse we share it with our neighbor and she keeps everything so nice we wanted to do it for her!) told I wasnt concerned about the oil spot as i didnt believe much could be done. NOTE: The gentleman said he would try his best but TO REMOVE DEEP OIL STAINS relatively successfully a HOT WATER PRESSURE WASH would be needed . I unfortunately, not knowing this, had already contracted for the regular pressure wash so his truck was not equipped for such. But man did he really work hard cause those oil stains look better then I had ever hoped for! I AM SO PLEASED! He had surpassed my expectations exponentially! He did so well I have had neighbors come up for weeks asking for their number! It has literally started the whole block to pressure wash their driveways and ..not even kidding.. he is literally doing ANOTHER neighbors driveway this very moment! (Hence my remebering to write this book!) To CONCLUDE: Trust me I called everyone and got quotes (for a four car driveway with two small coutyard patios) so you dont have to.. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST IN THE VOLUSIA /DAYTONA AREA!! HONEST, EASY, FAST, CONVENIENT, PROFESSIONAL PRESSURE WASHING! You wont be dissatisfied . I sure wasnt.. and I think all my neighbors like us a little bit more for it!! Not the ugliest driveway on the block no more!!

Amazing customer service from the start. Dale worked us in the same day for an emergency repair on a lower screen to keep the critters out. He deferred payment until he could come back a couple weeks later and replace the rest of the screens. Excellent work and all of the mess was cleaned up at the end of the job. We will definitely hire Dale again, he is one of the nicest, most professional contractors we have hired in Florida.

In the past I had always done this myself and it would take a full day. Hiring CCES was the best decision, and I will never pressure wash the pool deck myself again. I will absolutely hire them again for many reasons but mainly because they did such a great job. They made my pool deck look brand new. The work was scheduled and completed in a very timely manner at a fair price, 100% worth it. I highly recommend CCES. Family and friends have used them as well and have had a similar great experience with equal satisfaction.
Dale responded back to us immediately to set up appointment. He should up on time for the appointment and was very professional. He did a superb job with the screen and deck cleaning, it looks marvelous! We will definitely be hiring Crystal Clear again for future projects.

When we asked for our driveway, front walkway, front patio and roof to be pressure washed and cleaned we didn't think it was really that bad, just a little dirty. I am amazed at how wrong we were! When the job was complete our driveway, walkway, patio and roof looked brand new! What I thought was just black dirt was actually mold. They didn't just use water to clean it, they killed the mold as well. It has now been 3+ months and none of the mold has come back, even after all the rains we have had. I never knew an asphalt shingle roof could be cleaned. My husband had the roof done to surprise me. Seeing the before and after pictures were incredible! I will definitely be calling Crystal Clear Exterior Solutions in the future when we need pressure washing or roof cleaning again. They were prompt, courteous and mindful of our lawn and shrubs. Highly recommended!

Following Hurricane Mathew, I called Crystal Clear Exterior Solutions to have my roof cleaned. Dale arrived in short order and gave me an estimate for the roof cleaning project and educated me on the proper way that asphalt shingles should be cleaned. Dale did not attempt to over sell the project which is a testament to his professionalism and honesty. In addition, several sections of soffit were blown from the roof structure away during the storm which was in need of repair. Dale went out of his way to assist me to mitigate this damage. After accepting Dale's estimate for our roof cleaning, Dale and his son arrived at our residence as scheduled. The work performed, and customer service was outstanding, our house never looked so good. In my opinion you can't find a better company. I will recommend Dale and Crystal Clear Exterior Solutions to my friends and neighbors. I now consider Dale a friend in the business and you will too.
